According to Cracow officials, Zabłocie is trans forming into a desired place of residence. Road investment are being carried out to in the district.

Nearly 100 persons from all over Poland visited Zabłocie during Saturday’s Garden Residence Open Day, to meet with the designers and contractors of one of the most modern residential investments in Krakow.

According to the portal KRN.pl, which carried out a poll on the investment attractiveness of selected Polish cities in the context of investment real estate acquisition, Cracow ranked first, ahead of Warsaw, Wrocław and the Tri-city area.
