Payment schedule:

1. 10 000PLN (reservation fee)
- upon execution of the Reservation Agreement
2. 28% of the total purchase price (including the reservation fee) (the Down-payment)
- within 3 days of the date execution of the Preliminary Agreement
3. 72% of the total purchase price
- after obtaining the final decision on the occupancy permit for the Garden Residence Complex together with the Certificates of Self-containment for the Apartment Multi-stand Garage, but in each case before execution of the Final Sale Agreement.

CASH FINANCING.

For customers interested in a cash payment we have an attractive payment schedule that ensures transaction security will involve 72% of the full amount to be paid only after the project is completed. All of our contracts with customers are confirmed by a Notary Public.

MORTGAGE LOAN.
